  They lost the first cremation authorization that I faxed them. I had confirmation in hand that they had received it, but it did not matter to them, just do it again. They misquoted my mom's weight as being 170 lbs, when she weighed under 100. They said that does not matter, we just do that to make sure we don't need to charge more, if someone weighs too much. They misspelled the name of my mom on several forms including the announcement posted in the local newspaper. I called and told them about it and then they did redo everything. Then I paid their bill they gave me and even after I told them how to spell my mom's name, they again misspelled it on the receipt they sent me. I would think they would proof read their work. Apparently how they spell your loved one's name does not matter to them. Being accurate and professional matters, when you have just gone through a heart wrenching time in your life.
